Looks like I (Tina) will be attending this event! If you are able to take your daughter, please call LynnDee below and register. You will be responsible for your own daughter at this event since we are not going as a troop. I am able to take 3 other girls.

Here is the email I received about this event...
Each Work Session will busy the girls for three hours going from station to station by age groupings. Activities will be adjusted for the different ages and abilities of the girls. We want ALL ages/levels to participate. The older girls' skill sets will be challenged! The hour overlap will be for lunch, a Brief Ceremony, Media and Individual Picture Taking, AND Anniversary cake. This will be a great way for area Girl Scouts AND Ozaukee Washington Land Trust, Inc. to receive positive publicity for our joint efforts, OWLT's 20th Anniversary, our 100th Anniversary and service to community. I really want to fill the 200 girl slots available for the work/learning sessions. Remember the Service Area is donating $2000 toward materials, the celebration cake, and permanent signage recognizing Rising Star Girl Scouts' participation/service in 2012. You will perhaps note the "Canoe Launches" I previously announced we would be creating are actually "Canoe Rest Areas" because their is no drive up access for vehicles to transport a canoe directly to the water's edge. Canoers will be able to stop and hike or picnic before continueing down the Milwaukee River.
Final girl count registration needs to be submitted by Thursday, April 19th to LynnDee Murphy.
